Fixed Fee
We operate a fixed fee, transparent model to ensure our customers receive a fair exchange of value.

1995+
Our prices apply to homes built after 1995. Otherwise, we’ll schedule a visit, take some measurements, ask some questions, and send a custom quote.
We care about keeping you and your family cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We install the same HVAC equipment with the same warranties as our competitors.
We don’t have fancy company vans or pickups. You won’t experience high pressure sales pitches. Work/life balance is important to us.

Appliance replacement & removal of old unit – up to 3 man hours. If your appliance requires adding, moving, modifying, or otherwise changing any aspect of water supply, drains, electrical, data, framing, or that sort of thing, there may be additional costs.

All prices are subject to change – but here’s what we normally charge to install. We assume that all AC units are on the ground level, air handlers and furnaces are accessible, and wiring, line sets, flue, and duct work is not in need of replacement.
Unfortunately, if your home isn’t built after 1995, these prices are not for you. It’s not that we don’t want to help, it’s just super complex to do fixed pricing.
